I'm Nancy Richardson, an artist based in North Essex, just a stone's throw from the Suffolk border. Welcome to my world of art and ceremony! My love for vibrant colours and bold creativity inspires not only my artwork but also the way I approach ceremonies. In 2021, I became a fully qualified Celebrant, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of conducting weddings and vow renewals. At Nancy Richardson Artist & Celebrant.com, my ceremonies are as unique as my art—each one tailored to reflect the individual story and personality of those involved.
A Ceremony as Unique as You Are
I truly believe that ceremonies are about much more than just words; they are a significant part of our shared human experience, connecting us to those who came before us.
With a deep understanding of the meaning behind every ritual, I create ceremonies that feel meaningful and personal.
Whether you're drawn to a traditional, more modern style, or nature ceremonies, I can incorporate all the elements that you desire. My offerings include hand fasting, sand blending, cocktail ceremonies, the list goes on.. And yes, I can include Bible readings and hymns too, should that be required.
I must also mention that I love dogs and welcome your animals into the ceremony.
Many of my ceremonies are nature based, which says a lot about me, and the clients that choose me.
As a seasoned Wedding Celebrant, I pride myself on being discreet and respectful of your privacy. I’m not one for social media posts—unless you’ve given me permission to share your special moments.
My approach is personal and heart-centered. I have been told that I have a lyrical way with words and a knack for making them flow beautifully. I’m also very motherly, offering a supportive presence throughout the process.
And, if needed, I'll be there with breathing exercises and hugs to help you feel calm and ready on your big day.
